1. Cancellation within 72 Hours of Registration and Payment:

If you cancel your registration with Exam Master within 72 hours of registering and paying for the PA-CAT exam, you are eligible for a refund. However, a $30 service fee will be deducted from your purchase price. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.

2. Cancellation of exam appointment within 72 Hours:

If you scheduled an exam within 72 hours of registering and paying for the PA-CAT exam, you are eligible for a refund of $130. If you received Fee Assistance, you are eligible for a refund of $80. The refund will be processed accordingly.

3. Cancellation After 72 Hours of PA-CAT Exam Purchase:

If you cancel your PA-CAT registration with Exam Master after 72 hours of the PA-CAT exam purchase, you are eligible for a refund of $130. If you received Fee Assistance, you are eligible for a refund of $80. The refund will be issued according to these terms.

4. Refund Ineligibility:

You are no longer eligible for a refund if you are within 48 hours of your exam appointment, or if your exam appointment has passed.

5. Eligibility Period for Refunds:

Additionally, if your PA-CAT purchase was made more than 12 months ago, you are not eligible for a refund.

6. Refund Process:

• A request for a refund must be sent by the purchaser by email to [email protected], sent from the purchaser’s email listed with Exam Master.
• No phone calls will be accepted to process refunds.
• Date and time stamp on the purchaser’s refund email when received by Exam Master will be used to determine refund eligibility.
• Refund email request must include the following:
  • Purchaser’s first name
  • Purchaser’s last name
  • Purchaser’s email address used to purchase the PA-CAT exam
• Refunds will be processed within 30 business days.

7. Exceptions:

Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our policies and may be adjusted in exceptional circumstances or in compliance with legal regulations.

8. Fee Reimbursement Method:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during registration unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.

Emergency Refund Policy

If you experience an extenuating hardship before your PA-CAT exam appointment that affects your ability to attend, Exam Master will review your circumstances. The following table summarizes qualifying events and required documentation. 

Other events not listed above will be considered at Exam Master’s discretion. We reserve the right to limit the number of approved emergency refund requests per PA-CAT candidate. 

The maximum refund request for emergency refund requests is $130.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding regarding our refund policy. Exam Master reserves the right to change the terms of the above refund policy at our sole discretion.
